In this section we explain how you can import Personalized Newsletter Building Blocks into your newsletter, and how the personalization is implemented.

Import Personalized Building Blocks

Personalized Building Blocks are imported into the Newsletter exactly the same as other types of Building Blocks.

Set Personalization

Click on the Building Block that you would like to personalize. An option appears called “Personalize.” Enter the conditions that govern how the Building Block will appear, for example:

If “Gender” = “male”

In this way, you can segment the Building Block according to gender. We highly recommend that you keep at least one building block the same, regardless of the recipient.

You can access all of your personalized Building Blocks in the Editor. Recipients will only see the content and images that you have implemented.
