We would like to address each recipient personally, with their first and last names. How do we go about this?

You can use any recipient data fields that you have imported to Newsletter2Go for personalisation.

All personalisation placeholders are held in double curly brackets.

Furthermore, the standard data fields, such as gender and name, have English identifiers.

In principal we recommend that you add personalised elements by using the ‘Personalisation’ button in the editor.

In step 5 (‘Send’) you can test your personalisations by carrying out a test dispatch.
