How can I find out which recipients did, and did not, read my newsletter, click on it, unsubscribe from it; or whether they bounced?

You can search for all of these statistics under ‘Recipients’ -> ‘All recipients’ -> ‘Search recipients’ -> ‘Behaviour-based criteria’. It is also possible to search according to more than one criterion at a time; and to search multiple newsletters at once.
