If I use one of your templates and then change the title, photo and sender name etc., can I save this a template for later emails?

Yes. With our ‘Save Template’ function you can save any newsletter from the editor directly as a template. You can then find your own templates under step 2 of the design process, under ‘Own Templates’. Here you can also delete your templates again if need be.
