Newsletter2Go sends an automatically generated text version with every HTML newsletter. This is displayed on the client’s device when the HTML display of their email client is deactivated.

By sending yourself a test email you can check whether the plain text version is readable and easy to use. If you would like to manually create a text version, click on ‘Change text version’ and input your text. This will replace the automatically generated version.
